Skidmore's 伦敦第一年的经验 (FYE) program runs every fall 学期 in 伦敦. Students return to Skidmore's campus in 萨拉托加温泉市, NY for the spring 学期. 日期s are subject to change.

2024年8月19日	Arrive at 火博体育大学 campus in 萨拉托加温泉市, NY for pre-departure orientation. Students and families should arrive on campus between 9-11:30 am.* First orientation activity is lunch with Skidmore's President and key campus administrators starting at 12:00 pm for both students and families. Optional Family orientation from 12:00-5:30 pm. Families to depart at 5:30 pm.
8月19日—21日	Student pre-departure orientation in 萨拉托加温泉市, NY
8月21日	Group flight departs from New 纽约. Students travel as a group by bus from campus to an airport in New York, NY.
8月22日	抵达伦敦
8月22日至25日	伦敦迎新活动
8月26日	类开始 August 26th is Bank Holi一天 in 伦敦. Most offices will be closed, but the program 中心将开放. Skidmore students will have their first 一天 of classes on this 一天.
10月7 - 11	Mid-term exam week (classes will still be held this week at regular meeting times)
12-20 * 10月	Mid-term break (no classes held) Required film screening on the evening of Sun一天, October 20th for students in Professor Mulligan's Scribner Seminar, No Place to Hide: Surveillance in Bentham's and Orwell’s 伦敦.

1月18日至20日	Orientation for 伦敦呸!咄! students returning to Skidmore for spring 2025 Orientation activities will continue through Martin Luther King, Jr. 星期一， 1月20日
1月21日	First 一天 of classes for spring 2025 学期

寒假

伦敦呸!咄! students need to make their own arrangements (at their own expense) for housing and meals over winter break. 伦敦呸!咄! students cannot return to campus until the arrival date listed for the spring 学期. If you need assistance with houisng and meals over winter break, you should consider coming to campus instead of going to 伦敦 for your first 学期. Only students studying on the 萨拉托加温泉市 campus for the entire year (both fall and spring 学期s) with a full-year housing contract can request housing over winter break.
